YESTERDAY
- I BOUGHT A POLAROID! I'll find time to scan in the photos from last night ... I love love love my camera
- Went to the Fed party
- Went to the Potluck Dance Party (<3 Potluck House)
TODAY
- I threw up
- Felt like crap
- Am panicking at the fact that I need to write a UW essay and do all my homework + go to the Regina show tomorrow... FUCK! I was meant to work this weekend!
Also, I am going to give myself a stomach ulcer. I am eating so badly and mixing antibiotics with advil (and sometimes alcohol). So bad for me. I hate being a college student, I hate being left to my own devices and not taking care of myself. I feel so weak and sick and dirty and I just won't stop beating my body up until it gets serious. No exercise, no greens, no unrefined carbs, no water, no winter clothes, no clean clothes, no flossed teeth, no consideration for my eyes, no sleep and then too much sleep ... I am killing myself.
This weekend I also rented
- Grey Gardens
- Blow-Up
Both were artistic and subtle but didn't blow my head off with adoration. I think I am becoming jaded. I don't want ot watch Eternal Sunshine again for fear of losing the one movie that sent me to the edge of the seat and tapping my feet.
Yesterday, while I was getting my hair relaxed (and scalp burned), I flipped through November's Vogue and a) loved it b) was amazed by this photo (from an older issue):

Which then revived my extreme love of Mod fashion. I am going rent Quadrophenia soon and bask in the beauty of the era I wish I experienced. I also have an amazing soft spot for Mary-Kate and Ashley's fashion sense. They are my celebrity fashion idols.
I am also considering deferring Frontiers of Science to first semester sophmore year so I can take Intro to Film.
And it's about to be Thanksgiving and everyone is leaving and I hope I get to see the Macy's parade. I hate John Jay Dining Hall for closing every holiday.
