is in about 3 hours.
The instructions as always
are:

click 'listen now!'
(my show's called the train out to montauk)
then download the mp3 file
to itunes
and enjoy!
also, the archives work now!
so if you miss the show (quite probable)
you can click on the archive later on
and download it for your
listening pleasures.
